BT iNET Terms and Conditions for equipment returns / repairs

General
An RMA reference number will not be issued to you until we are in receipt of this fully completed form. Do not return the product until you have received your RMA Reference Number. Please clearly write the RMA Reference Number on the outside of the packaging. If you are returning products for credit, please ensure that the original products and packaging are complete, unmarked and in "A1" condition.

Warranty repairs
Faulty products will be repaired or replaced in line with the manufacturers valid warranty. Returns number is only valid for 10 days from date of issue.

The customer will be responsible for any carriage cost incurred in returning the faulty goods to BT iNET. The customer will also be responsible for any shortages or damages to the goods when in transit.

Extra charges
BT iNET reserves the right to raise a "no fault found charge" of up to £100 + VAT where applicable, to cover time and carriage costs incurred.

BT iNET reserves the right to charge a "restocking fee" of up to 25% of the invoice value for goods returned for credit which are not faulty.
